Welcome Breanne
We'd like to introduce everyone to the newest member of the "Day of" LOVE team, Breanne Tcheng. Breanne is our new intern, currently attending UCSD and graduating in 2010. She's passionate about event coordinating and will be a great addition to our team. We can't wait to start working with Breanne and showing her just how much fun our job really is.

2009 Bride's Choice Awards
WeddingWire, the nation’s leading wedding technology company, just announced that Day of LOVE has won the 2009 Bride’s Choice Awards™!
In its inaugural year, the Bride’s Choice Awards recognizes and honors vendors from the WeddingWire Network that demonstrate excellent quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value of cost and flexibility. This year’s recipients represent the top three percent of WeddingWire’s vendor community, which includes over 100,000 wedding vendors from across the US. That means Day of LOVE is one of the very best Wedding Planner.
Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the company, the Bride’s Choice Awards are determined exclusively by recent newlyweds through surveys and reviews.
“We are excited to launch this annual award program to honor high-performing vendors based solely on the experiences of our WeddingWire community,” according to Timothy Chi, WeddingWire’s Chief Executive Officer. “This year’s recipients have set the bar high, exhibiting excellent service and expertise in the wedding industry.”
Day of LOVE would like to thank our past clients for speaking on our behalf and helping us win the 2009 Bride’s Choice Award!

Congratulations Stephanie!
Our very own Stephanie Morgan, wedding assistant, is engaged! We can’t wait to help Stephanie plan the wedding of her dreams, as well as the fact that Emily and Jen will be fellow bridesmaids! Yay! Look for her pictures to be posted after the big day on September 19th 2009!

TV here we come!

Jen loves to assist others in the wedding industry whenever possible, even other coordinators! That was just the case on March 29th, 2008. Jen was assisting Melissa Barrad from “I do…Weddings” on a very special event. Melissa was chosen to be filmed on a reality show for the women’s entertainment channel. So look for Melissa and Jen, working to rapidly turn a ceremony site into a reception site in one hour! Slated to air: Dec. 28, 2008 on WEtv.
Ceremony Magazine
Jen Haase has been assisting Modern Bouquet for almost four weddings seasons now. Along with being a fun day of wedding set up and flower making, it gives Jen a chance to gain more knowledge on weddings. Now, Jen’s floral designing with Modern Bouquet has been featured in Ceremony Magazine! It was a long, hot (114 degree) day in Temecula, and it was lots of work, but it paid off in the end. Look for her work in the 2008 editions of Ceremony Magazine under “Enchanted Forest”.
Partners are a beautiful thing

As “Day of” LOVE continues to grow we thought it was high time to add on a Junior Partner, and we found one! Our very own Emily Aguilar, lead wedding assistant, will be joining our team as a partner. She will bring valuable assets to the company and of course her charming personality! We can’t wait for Emily to begin growing with us!
Jen joins NPWA
Jen Haase was requested to join the NPWA, National Association of Professional Women this year. Jen’s so excited to be a part of this prestigious association and can’t wait to meet other professional women to network with. If you’re interested in more on the NPWA please visit their website at: www.napw.com
Congratulations Aaron!
Our awesome assistant (and Jennifer’s brother) Aaron Haase graduated from Orange Glen High School on May 29th, 2008! We wish him the best of luck and hope that he continues to work with the “Day of” LOVE crew for many more wedding seasons. Look for him as a rising star in photography and video too!
