Wedding Packages:
The Planner:
In this package “Day of’ LOVE is heavily involved in the entire wedding planning process. We attend most site visits, consultations, and meetings, assist with selection of vendors, and setting up appointments. Create timelines, seating charts, etc. Bride has unlimited phone and email contact. Includes all tasks stated in the following two packages.
The Consultant:
In this package “Day of” LOVE assists bride in planning, making helpful suggestions, giving advice and tips, and attending some site visits/ consultations/ meetings. We assist bride in creating timelines, seating charts, etc, bride has unlimited phone and email contact. Includes all “day of” tasks listed below.
The Coordinator:
In this package “Day of” LOVE will contact bride two weeks before wedding to start assisting in timelines, vendor contacts, seating charts, etc. We call and confirm vendor arrival and pick up times, leave contact information to contact “Day of” LOVE for big day. We can run rehearsals, hand out timelines with “Day of” LOVE’s contact info on it, give helpful tips, etc. We are the first to arrive on big day and last to leave. We insure everything is taken care of; bride and groom (and family) are STRESS FREE!

Pre-“Day of”
Assisting in time-line, seating charts, and other preparations for wedding.
Contacting all vendors to introduce “Day of” LOVE as contact person for day of and to confirm delivery and/or pick up times.
Unlimited correspondence and consulting via email prior to day of.
Rehearsal
Print and hand out itineraries with “Day of” LOVE’s contact information on them to all wedding party and family.
Run rehearsal from start to finish, answer any questions, and give helpful reminders.
Cue everyone in for processional, teach everyone proper ceremony positions and recessional order.
“Day of” Ceremony
Arrive first to greet all vendors and ensure set-up is correct.
Set up any miscellaneous items/decorations.
Assist with guest flow and seating if necessary.
Cue in wedding party.
Direct guests after ceremony to reception location.
Use of “Day of” LOVE Bridal Emergency Kit.
“Day of” Reception
Set up all decorations including guest book, place cards, favors, bathroom baskets, etc.
Assist in transferring anything from ceremony to reception.
Collect gifts and personal items at end of night and give to designated person.
Hand out all last minute payments and gratuities to vendors.
Work with DJ to maintain flow of reception and alerting bride and groom to each event.
Stay until last vendor has left to insure everything is taken care of.

*We would love to assist in any other duties as needed. We realize no two brides’ are alike and that other tasks will need to be added depending on the bride.
